The Letter-Dissertation of GOD's existence

Hi Sindhura,
As regards your question as to whether GOD exists or not, I ll list out the 2 Primary reasons why GOD is worshiped:
1.FEAR:
Fear of having committed a guilt and facing the consequences. Fear that u may loose what u have/someone u have. Fear of loss of the good life that you are leading. These are the primary reasons why people who have everything-like the rich people who are self contended pray GOD.There are also people who believe if they haven't thanked GOD for the benefits thy have received they may be punished in the future. So Primarily it is the FEAR of the known and unknown factors which causes Humans to believe that there is a divine force.

2.GREED:
This is an even bigger reason why people worship GOD. No one is ever contended. Power and Money are the two biggest rewards that people who pray God ask for. Even people who pray that they do well in studies(like how we did in our younger days) have the ultimate goal towards either money or power or both. The poor wanna get rich, the rich wanna get richer and the richer wants to become the richest. Its a never ending goose chase where u can never be satisfied. Same applies to power too.

There is also another reason Sindhura why people worship/try to understand GOD and that is SEARCH. This group consists of the so-called sages, people who think a lot like us and try to find out a reason for anything and everything. The human mind is not prone to accept failures. Imagine how u would feel if the thing u have been searching never existed.Would u be able to bear this thought after searching for a lifetime? This could lead to manifested hallucinations within the sages according to Science. Devotees call it the fruit of a life-long penance and search.

Now that I have given you the reason why people worship God, the question u asked regarding if there is a GOD is still open. Tell me which came first-the hen or the egg?Even the question of God s existence is no different. We believe that GOD is there (so as to alleviate our own problems and to satisfy our own greed). It is the general tendency of humans to worship/adore something which is better than them though the levels of worship may vary. For example we love Abdul Kalam and try to be like him.But has it ever occurred to u who Abdul Kalam would adore? So in order to adore the best, Man combined all the IDEAL QUALITIES and christened it as GOD which every man can adore. We would like to live in a world of Bliss and Hope. If we are happy we like it. If we loose some near and dear ones we blame GOD for the sadness caused.GOD is our BUFFER SYSTEM. He is our repository of hope, strength and comfort in times of sorrow.
Go and ask even Atheists who they fall back on in times of misery. They would tell u that they listen to themselves, derive strength from themselves or from people who consider they consider as great.99% of the atheists in the world fall into the second category. Thus they have simply given GOD a different name or form rather than RAM or JESUS.But the rest 1% constitute the most brave amongst Humans. People who listen only to their inner voice, rely on their own strengths and have shunned both Hope,Aspirations and Fear. When anyone comes into this category he wouldn't mind leaving all that he has(family, life, wealth,power....everything). And that person attains the state of SALVATION thus escalating himself to the status of GOD.

So Sindhura u decide-can u shun whatever u have? And i mean everything. For if u can then U don't need to believe in GOD and for u GOD doesn't exist.
But otherwise u r a believer and u r a worshiper. No matter what u call him.For u GOD would then exist in one form or the other.

May the soul never rest in peace and always run in search of the ultimate knowledge called TRUTH.

Warm Regards

Thanks a lot Sindhu....
They r meant to be that way isnt it? If we know everything wont the purpose of life be fulfilled?Dont we stop living then if we have found out those reasons as life is supposed to be a never ending search?
